NEW YORK, NY / January 27, 2020 — Bridelux Atelier, globally-recognized as the world’s finest wedding show and the only luxury wedding experience where couples meet celebrity and royal vendors, returned to New York City on January 12, 2020 at the InterContinental New York Barclay, bringing together over 1,200 attendees to explore over 30 prestigious wedding brands.

Typically accessible by appointment only, Bridelux Atelier vendors included celebrated cake designer Sylvia Weinstock, who made a rare appearance since retirement alongside her Ladurée collaboration; Matthew Porteous, photographer for Britain’s Royal Family; and couture fashion designers such as Vivienne Westwood, Mark Ingram, Marco & Maria, Saiid Kobeisy, Amsale and Phuong My provided a sneak peek at 2020 wedding fashion never before exhibited to press. Additional vendors included 5th Avenue Weddings, Adam Leffel Productions, All Seated, Beautini, Bella Figura, BML Blackbird, Carlos Rivas, Children’s Chic, Dalsarto Menswear, DWP Live Factory, Four Seasons Surf Club, Grand Velas, Hakkan Martensson Chocolatier, Honey & Vinyl, Leslie Mastin Events, Louis XII Cognac, Mahir Floral and Event Design, Manoir Hovey, Monvieve, Mozaiko, Phillip Van Nostrand, Pop Shop Photobooth, PSAV, Rachel Dalton, Ruth Fischl Event Rental, The Tabletop Company, Victoria Angela Photography, and Villa Lilliano.
Additional industry experts that took the stage included Ali Barone, set designer and production partner for the likes of VH1, Comedy Central and Preston Bailey; Ceci Johnson, couture stationery designer who’s been called a favorite of Vogue Magazine’s Anna Wintour; Christian Oth, founder of renowned photography Christian Oth Studio; Jes Gordon, an award-winning event producer and designer, author, and star of Rocco’s Dinner Party on Bravo; Julie Sabatino, founder of The Stylish Bride and innovator behind the industry of wedding fashion styling; and Myrdith Leon-McCormack, publisher of World Bride Magazine. Andy Kushner’s The Wedding Biz podcast will release a panel episode from “The Importance of Personal Connection” seminar with Sylvia Weinstock, Ceci Johnson and Christian Oth on February 3, 2020.
In an Instagram and Pinterest world, couples also got to experience the capabilities of these vendors firsthand with their immersive displays, such as a floral installations adorning the InterContinental New York Barclay by McQueens Flowers, a florist who caters to Alexander Wang, the Vanity Fair Oscars party, Mulberry and more. After recently scenting designer Suzanne Neville’s collection for New York Bridal Fashion Week, London-based perfumer Miller Harris showcased their trend of signature space scents with a fragrance bar, teaching couples how to infuse their personal style at the wedding with an elevated olfactory experience.
