How many years have you been in the catering business?
I have been a professional caterer that has been part of the San Francisco, CA wedding industry since 1989 specializing in working with high-end sustainable ingredients.
I’m a classically trained former Michelin Star Chef specializing in farm-to-table, Wine Country French and Italian cuisines. I have years spent as a catering chef, a restaurant chef and a banquet chef. I’ve catered parties from 10 to 1,000. I can do off-site or in-home. Personal chef services are now my focus.
I have 25 years of expertise with local (Sonoma/NorCal) ingredients and cooking techniques. I’m also great with paleo, gluten-free, and sustainable pescatarian cuisines. I have dozens of references. Menus can be custom crafted on request. Staffing and rental coordination is also available on request.

I have always been a long time supporter of LGBTQ rights and the ability to marry your longtime partner is an essential human right and equalizer in this world.
