To get a marriage license in Miami-Dade County, fill out the online pre-application. Then, you both must appear at the Marriage License Bureau. You can take a premarital course to get a discount and waive the three day waiting period – search for a provider here.
The marriage license costs $93.50, or $61 if youíve taken a premarital course. The license is valid for 60 days.
