You can obtain a marriage license at any City Clerk in New York State, including the New York City Clerk. Your license will be valid anywhere in the state and is good for 60 days. Both parties must show up to the City Clerk’s office, to be issued the license. The fee is only $35, but it must be paid by credit card or money order.
