In order to obtain a marriage license in San Jose, you will need to go to the Santa Clara County Office of the Clerk-Recorder. They also offer a new Express Marriage Ceremony Service, allowing couples to walk-in and purchase their marriage license and have their ceremony performed at the service window for an extra fee of $120.
