This river-rock faced, historic log building features an expansive multi-purpose room with a raised stage, a separate meeting room for food service, a full-service kitchen, two fireplaces, tables and chairs for 125 people, and an upstairs room with a private restroom. A small park surrounds the center and features a peeled-log Amish gazebo and a wedding court with several outdoor table/chairs sets. This is a beautiful setting for indoor or outdoor events and is offered at a reasonable price. In 2008, the Jim Ellis Preston Community Center was added to Washington State's Heritage Register.
